RABIH NASSAR

President & CEO

Rabih is an enterpreneur and technologist with over 19 years of international experience. Prior to apstrata, he was SVP of Engineering for Vidavee (acquired by Vignette/OpenText), in 2002 he founded element^n Inc, the mother company of apstrata and is still leading it as CEO, prior to that he co-founded and served as SVP of Engineering for Super11.net, which grew at the time into one of the largest Latin American Internet and Application Service Providers and portals. In addition Rabih held different positions at BroadVision Inc. (BVSN) and Navlink (AT&T subsidiary) and co-founded PortalElements and DigiSys.

Rabih earned a B.S. in Telecom from the St. Joseph University – Lebanon and an MBA from the École Supérieure des Affaires – ESCP/EAP.

RYAN MURRAY

Vice President of Engineering

Ryan is a software technology professional and systems architect with over 14 years of experience spent in the US, Europe & the Middle East. Prior to apstrata, Ryan worked as the Director of Engineering for The Net Planet, s.p.a., an innovative search technology startup in Milan, Italy where he was responsible for the productization of the nascent search technology, managing development teams in Italy, Eastern Europe and India, as well as building the technological capacity of the company’s professional services organization. Ryan has also served as a software architect for large, distributed systems, as a technical architect and as a technical consultant to a number of European and international firms, such as Siemens (Germany, Italy), Humanis (France), Spazio ZeroUno (Italy) and Omnitel-Vodafone (Italy).

Ryan holds a degree in Genetic Engineering from Duke University.

MICHAEL DAVID LISS

Vice President of Marketing

Mike has over 22 years experience bringing products to market in companies ranging in size from startups to $1 billion in sales. Skilled in the art of all phases of business management, Mike has held senior positions in Product Strategy, Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Operations. He has been a co-founder of a successful software business, Coral Systems, and a successful consulting business, Consensio.

Mike attended St. Lawrence University for his undergraduate studies and Rochester Institute of Technology for his graduate studies.
