What This Policy Covers.
This policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we obtain from you when you contact us to obtain more information about our services or when you register as a user and purchase Services on our Site. We regard personally identifiable information as information that someone can use to identify or contact you in person, such as real name, telephone number, email address, physical mailing address, and financial account information. Information that we use internally to identify you as a customer in our system, such as your selected username or password, is not considered personally identifiable information.

HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
1. Information You Provide.
Required Information When You Request Additional Information About Our Services. When you contact us via email or via the contact form posted on the Site to obtain additional information about our Services, we require you to provide the following contact information: name, email address or telephone number.
Required Registration Information. When you register to use our Services, we collect the following information from you: full name, company name and tax identification number, if applicable, billing postal address, telephone number, email address, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, security code and the username and password you have created.
Email Information. In addition to providing the foregoing information to us, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone. It will remain safeguarded and not be shared with any outside services or companies.
Access To Your Personal Information. In general, we make it easy for you to view the personally identifiable information we have collected from you in your customer profile, where you can add, edit, or delete it as you see fit.
2. Information We Track.
A. Log Files
Similar to many commercial Web sites, we gather certain anonymous, non-personal information automatically and store it in web server log files. This information includes internet protocol addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), site entry/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. Apstrata uses this information to improve our Site, analyze trends, administer the Site, track visitors' and users' movements around the Site, and gather aggregate information about the Site user base as a whole. Aggregate information is data we collects about a group or category of services, visitors, or users from which individual identities have been removed, and therefore does not include your personal information.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT.
1. Personal Information of Children Under The Age of 13.
You should be aware that our Site is not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13 and as such, we do not intentionally gather personally identifiable information of children who are under the age of 13. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a child who is under the age of 13, please contact us at email@example.com and such personal information will be deleted.
2. Social Security Number.
We do not ask or require your social security number in connection with your registration as a user or your purchase of Services on our Site. No one representing Apstrata will ever ask for your social security number. If at any time you receive an e-mail requesting such information from someone purporting to represent Apstrata please notify us immediately.

The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our Site. However, no company, including us, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information.

Our customers use our Services to host data and information ("Customer Data"). Apstrata will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Apstrata End User License Agreement or as may be required by law. Individual records of Customer Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issues, or suspected violation of the Apstrata End User License Agreement, or as may be required by law.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents and who have provided Apstrata with "personal information" (as that term is defined in Section 1798.83) to request certain information about the disclosure of that information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
